Bouchard Foolproof Pancakes


1 cup Flour

1/2 tsp Salt

2 ½ tsp Baking Powder

1 egg

1 Tbsp Sugar

2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil

¾ Cup Milk



Preheat the griddle to 350 degrees.

Mix the dry ingredients together in one bowl.

Mix the wet ingredients together in a separate bowl (sugar included).

Pour wet ingredients bowl into the dry ingredients bowl and mix with a spatula

Let stand for a few minutes.

Pour 1/3 cup of batter onto griddle.

Cook on both sides until brown.

Serve hot with Spring Harvest Maple Farm Maple Syrup.


We commonly substitute whole wheat flour and/or brown sugar.
