Maple Pork Chops
4 boneless pork chops
Spring Harvest Maple Farm maple syrup
Brown pork chops in a large skillet over medium heat. Do not use any fat in the pan. While the chops are browning, slice and core the apples into wedges, leaving the skins on. One the chops are browned on both sides, place the apple slices on top of the chops. Pour enough maple syrup over the apples and chops to coat the bottom of the pan. Place a cover on the pan, and let simmer for 10-15 minutes. The apples will be soft when done.
