Maple Shortbread
Ingredients:
2 Sticks Butter, softened
1/2 cup Maple Sugar
2 1/4 cups All-Purpose Flour
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325F degrees
Cream butter and sugar
Add flour, 1/3 at a time, don’t overmix
Roll into a 9 x 13 pan
Bake 12-15 minutes or until edges are browned
